Join the founding pilot.

Tell us about your practice and we will send you the pilot agreement. We review every application by hand, and there is no volume commitment either way.

What joining the pilot means
  • You test it on your own patients. Up to five of them, and as few as one, at $1,485 each, which is 29% below the standard $2,095 rate for Core Plus: the screen, full module access for thirty days, the kit, shipping and the draw, all in. You are invoiced only for the ones you actually send, on delivery of each report.
  • You get a practitioner seat free through your decision date, and we walk you through every report and the portal before you are asked to act on it.
  • You are a design partner too. Pilot practices have a standing say on what gets built next, which is possible because the founding cohort is capped at fifty.
  • You decide at the end. Thirty days from your last report to read the data with us and answer yes or no. If you carry on, founding rates lock for twelve months.
